To return an item, it must be in brand new, unworn, and saleable condition within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that have been damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will contact you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. Alternatively, we will dispose of the item responsibly.

Examples of items that cannot be resold include:

  • Items with stains, tears, or rips

  • Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)

  • Items with missing tags or packaging

  • Any product that has been personalized

Please ensure that a return label is used within 7 business days of being issued.

After receiving your returned item and confirming that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order.
